Site Assessment for Effluent Disposal

Site evaluations provide property owners with details of the property soil type, the type of treatment plant suited to the property and the disposal system required.  This may include soil tests and in some circumstances environmental impact studies.  A written report is provided on completion of the site evaluation.  This site assessment will be required for your council application.

Your site assessor will require this information to undertake the assessment.

Note that the Local Authority (council) may impose further design restrictions subject to various areas where soil characteristics require it (eg some local areas within Bundaberg Regional Council must comply with additional requirements due to soil types, lot size etc.)
